The property is a luxury stay with great arrangements for food, room cleanliness, and room service. The swimming pool is great and clean. The food here is amazing. We had breakfast and dinner covered in our package and were highly satisfied with the taste, variety and the service. The washrooms are clean and spacious too. Highly recommended for weekend stays and having a relaxing time too.

Outstanding experience right from check in to check out. We had just booked a night stay on our journey to nainital. The staff was so cordial and caring that we never had to wait for anything that was asked for. Lovely room, superb infrastructure, best of the amenities and very approachable. We had a lovely dining experience with not only variety and taste but the human touch that was provided by each individual right from the chefs, supervisors to all the attending and serving staff who was very happy to service our small small needs. Yes also like to mention that we had a outstanding deal through Minibreaks.

Property location is easy to access but the food is not up to the mark of crown plaza they have less variety in breakfast although hygiene is maintained but i didn't found hand sanitizer near to the lift neither in rooms. I am a frequent Traveller to visit &explore 5 star property but this time i am not satisfied with the accommodations at crown plaza.

Very well located if visiting Noida and Delhi. The staff is amazing. They go out of their way to take care of you. The entire catering team and reception team are amazing. Wouldn’t think twice next time I visit Delhi about picking this hotel again.

Hotel have really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. It's a true sample of excellent hospitality.

Perfect place for a relaxing and rejuvenating solo trip, away from the hustle and bustle of the nearby airport hotels! The location is perfect, The ambiance is 10/10 The staff is cordial and nice. Food is AMAZING It was such a lovely experience!!!
