The front desk and housekeeping were very good and friendly! They were very helpful and attentive of our needs. Food in the breakfast buffet is delicious as well.

We stayed at the Eros Hotel and it was just fantastic. A lovely location, decor, space, and excellent service. Some of the best service we have experienced in a long time. We felt right at home!

Great hotel lobby and service. Rooms are clean and the view from our floor over the pool was serene. The breakfast spread has far more than i could possibly sample and all was delicious. Wonderful time.

The property is excellent for short, or long, staying the commercial area of Nehru place and GK 2. The location is most convenient and the rooms are well furnished and extremely well looked after. I am physically challenged, and I was given a room well-equipped with aids for the handicapped, courtesy the floor manager. The buffet breakfast was an excellent spread with the food superbly cooked , and tasteful.

The food was awesome. The staff were also cooperative. The ambiance was superb. We enjoyed Konkani food. Hospitality was very good. The environment was warm and we enjoyed a lot here.
